At Santa Clara Cycle, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return or exchange most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags, manuals, and protective materials are included and intact.

  Ship the Package

  Attach the provided return label or ship the package via a trackable carrier to our Santa Clara facility, keeping a copy of your tracking number.

  Receive Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
